check that the cam shaft is turning ( broken timing belt/chain)
run fault codes to check for cam/crank position sensor
check immobiliser operation

run the fault codes and look for failing sensor (probably in the accelerator position area)

What was the code you got,after the sevice soon light came on,and you had the code pulled?

Check your fuel pump pressure and filter.

SERVICE IT .....OIL PLUGS, AIR ,FUEL AND OIL FILTERS GET TROTTLE SENCOR AND THE MASS AIR FLOW SENCOR CHECKED

You will need to run a fuel pressure test on it to see if your fuel pressure is correct. How many miles are on the car and when was the last time the fuel filter was replaced.
