When I start my truck it seems fine, when I put it in drive it idols low, when I attempt to drive it it will have a hard time in a low gear and stall, higher gears work fine. If I put it in reverse it stalls immediately, any help would be appreciated. I am thinking it could be the IAC but would like some more input from someone that may have had this issue before
Yes, check iac.
Do It Yourself Diagnosis and Repair
SOURCE: stalls when put into gear
Its possible it could be other things causing the problem, but seeing as you've checked most of the likely causes, it is most likely your Torque-Converter. The lockup clutch in your Stator-Fan located inside the Torque-Converter could be siezed, causing the car to stall.

possible fuel pump. Try spraying starting fluid into breather while someone is cranking engine. if vehicle tries to run it is fuel problem. If not it could be an electrical componet overheating and cooling and restarting. Coils, relays, ecm.
