You do not have the air bled out or the slave is also defective, suggest you replace the slave then try again using a vacuum clutch bleeding tool like the one make by a company called MITYVAC
could be turbo ,but the problem is its a common rail fuel injection system and this throws up another problem and that is its VW which from 2005 uses encrypted software so it is difficult to find the fault .change the fuel filter and see what happens if problem persists then its either a bosch diesel specialist or the dealer .sorry for no qiuck fix
