SOURCE: front windshield wipers wont work
there may be two relays but you'll need owners manual to know for sure. yes there is only one fuse for the wipers, i thought you didn't know which one it was. but i'd check them all any way just to make sure. sometimes several things are on a fuse. if it's not that i'd say it's the wiper motor. try wiggling the wires connected to it and see if they come on.
SOURCE: Rear windshield washer motor works, but no fluid comes out
Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment
SOURCE: Suburban windshield wiper fluid not working for
the pump has packed up its under the inner wing on the washer bottle and its one pump that does both by reversing the motor ,its a job to get too without removing the plastic inner wing

Check the wire harness to the windshield washer pump. The pump is located in the washer fluid reservoir, if the wires are good. Chances are the washer pump needs to be replaced and you can pick up the new pump st Auto Zone or Parts Source and they will have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done with common tools. Good luck and keep me posted.
