SOURCE: car problems
Sounds to be a loose or corroded wire/s at either starter motor or at battery fusible links.
Also check the earth strap (Cable) between engine and bodywork.
Hope this helps, MMP

for the 220cdi,it is a 611.961 motor, you have to refill 6.5 liter, included the olilfilter.Whenyou have refill, and after the motor has running, you can check the oil-level in the board-computer.

SOURCE: find me a wiring diagram
Use a Vehicle Specific Wiring Kit, it takes minutes to fit and plugs directly into the SAM unit on the left in the boot. You can do a lot of damage to this car by messing about with the wiring....

Make sure the power steering belt is not loose. Also check the power steering fluid level. If these are ok the pump it self my be weak. But most times its the loose belt.

SOURCE: remove a wing mirror cover to fit indicator lens
If you have electric folding mirrors fold them in, if not fold the mirror back against the spring (not easy as it is quite strong). Looking from the front, to the mirror cover side of the spindle on which the mirror pivots if you pull it forward, you will see the end of the main mirror body which has a groove it it. At the end of the groove there is a springclip which can prised up using a flat bladed screwdriver. It is easiest to place the blade under the clip and twist the clip to release it. Once fully released the cover can then be withdrawn. Refitting is the reverse of the above but if the cover does not automatically clip in place you may have to force it back with the screwdriver.
