Van is dead and won't even turn over when starting. I have checked the following and all is good: battery, starter. I have put in a 'used' computer box and new ignition switch. All other functions work but no turn over. When I say all other functions work (lights come on, fans, etc).
Looking at a wiring diagram an using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an testing the electrical circuits is the proper way to diagnose , not just replacing parts . If you do not know this ,your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop. What engine ? 2.4 or 3.3 L .... Starter motor relay , PNP - park neutral position switch . B+ voltage at fuse # 9 40 amp. location - integrated power module .Just Replacing modules isn't the way , may need to be programmed -DEALER . Do you know what a starter relay is an how it works ?
How to Test and Troubleshoot Starter Problem

DISCONNECT THE BATTERY, JACK UP AND SUPPORT YOUR CARAVAN. LYING ON YOUR BACK LOCATE THE STARTER WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE ENGINE THROUGH THE BELL HOUSING .THERE ARE TWO 15 MILIMETER BOLTS THAT HOLDS THE STARTER ON . AFTER BREAKING THE BOLTS A 15MM WRENCH WOULD BE USEFUL.

No preferences as to charger, as long as it has trickle charge option (slower, but better for battery). Would like to see battery load test done by parts store to see battery condition, but a simple charge may be it. Let me know how it goes, hopefully you will have it up and running soon.

First, keep in mind that as you begin to remove these doors you run the risk of causing serious scratches to the paint and glass, so put some masking tape and/or plastic sheeting around both sides of the door (rear quarter panel and rear glass, front door and front door glass)
I would get a Haynes repair guide since that's what I have to work from and it will tell you step by step with pictures, what to do. It's not hard, but you need to get all of the attach points unhooked to be successful. Suggest you have a helper working with you to keep the door steady.

We checked that and there is no power coming to there. I wonder if it is not in the fuse box. Has anyone heard if this is know for trouble?
What I did do was pull the relay and crossed over 2 wires and got it to turn so we know that it will turn over.
i have a 2000 chevy venture and i am having the EXACT same problem
i have th exact same problem on a venture
