Here is what you do: Take your vehicle to your Toyota dealer. Tell them that you have a P-0741 code, and you want them to apply "Toyota Technical Service bulletin TC008-04" to your vehicle. They will perform several tests, and if you vehicle is lower than 5 years old, and less than 60, 000 miles, they will fix it for free. This TSB is covered by the Powertrain Warranty. in reality nothings happen, and your saying what do you need to do so you will not encounter this problem again well honestly you cant depend on life on catalytic so i suggest to do your general tune up like changing spark plug, wires, check timing, fuel filter, oil change the way they should be change so it helps the engine burn near stoichiometry because during the oxidation happening in your catalytic if your engine rich or lean or misfiring it could cause a defective catalytic converter.

SOURCE: steering wheel of my Toyota Corolla LE 2007 vivrates
Hello. A vibration in the steerign wheel indicates an issue with the front tires. They are either out of balance, and would need to be rebalanced, or it is possible (although remotely) that the tire(s) may be compromised (after hitting a pothole), the belts in the tire may be corrupted. What I would suggest is to take the car to a reputable tire place, and get the balance checked. While the tire is on the balancer, the Tech will be able to see if the tire is out-of-round due to possible road damage. Probably just a tire balance problem. Thanks for choosing FixYA for assistance.
