Testimonial: "Knowledgeable expert...found the button (but unfortunately did not fix problem--maybe shop messed up a sensor in the tire)"

SOURCE: The ABS, Break, and VSC lights are on constantly.

Had similar problem with my volkswagen , turned out to be the ABS module. Ask your lexus service center. I know they can be big bucks to buy , but there is a company called modulemaster that can rebuild them. they even have a great website that shows you how to remove the module. On my VW , I was able to continue driving without the module till it was fixed and sent back.

Had my 2007 prius serviced this am. on the way home a red light light came on with a tire light and a amber vsc check light came on. What does this mean?

You need to get the fault codes read because of the red check engine light coming on. Do you have an OBDII reader? or does a friend have one? If not ... I would take it back to where you got it serviced.
The piece of data that could be helpful is the check engine light going on after refueling. If you are lucky ... you may have not 100% screwed the fuel cap back on with the final clicking. That can cause the check engine light to go on. It is curious though that your tire and VSC lights went on ... there may be something electrical going haywire.

Front tyres bolding on the outside

Cars and trucks are supposed to have their tires rotated every 5,000 miles.
Doing this will only slow the wear on the outside of the tire. Whenever you turn a corner, the weight of the car and the forces of friction will cause the outside of the tries to wear off, the rubber is getting "scrubbed off".
Not rotating the tires will cause the outside of the front tires to wear out before any other part of any tire.
Then, there is the matter of worn "front end" parts.
The parts that wear most often and quickest are the tire rod ends. Next are the ball joints, and last are the shocks/struts.
When a car has about 100,000 miles, these parts begin to show their wear by causing bad tire wear.
Someone needs to check your car most carefully to see if any of these parts are causing your problem.
After all the worn parts are replaced, the last thing is the "front end alignment".
As you drive mile after mile, you occasionally hit bumps.
Although these bumps do not show up quickly, the bumps will, over time, cause the tires to become a little crooked, and about once every 3-6 years, the front end needs to be aligned, or have the tires straightened.
Be blessed.

Steering wheel shakes

Front end alignment will fix this. Any time I have my front end aligned, I also have the tires rotated and balanced. Get your tires rotated and balanced, and get the front end aligned. Not too costly and you'll be amazed in how smooth it will ride after you have it done! Easy fix.

good luck!

WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO ROTATE THE TIRES , ON A 1991 CAVALIER

You always keep the tires on the same side and swap them from front to back. Rotate them about every seven thousand miles. If the front tires show any uneven wear you probably need a front end alignment.

Approximate cost of alignment for 2007 MB C230 and is it needed, just replaced tires and has 69K.

Front wheel alignment $60-80. Four wheel? double. As far as needing it, shops will always try to say you need it. I go by how the old tires were wearing. Did it pull left or right? Did the tires wear evenly? Did they wear on the inside track? Then definately! If on the outside that's more normal but only so much. If your car drives straight and you never hit curbs or cement stops or big holes then you may be OK.

Lexus RX300 engine light n VSC light comes on

VSC means Vehicle Stability Control.

It comes on when the sensor send a signal that the vehicle is not stable on the ground.....check the wheel balancing and alignment and the air pressure of your tires too.

Good luck.

Both rear tires are wearing on the inside.

you need an alignment. Its a toe-in, your tie rods need to adjusted. Check your tire pressure too.

My front tires are showing wear, and they toe out when in reverse

Be sure to have tires rotated every 5000-6000-miles. Walmart is good for that.
Outside wear is normal for fronts from the turns at higher speeds.
When tierod ends were replaced it is advisable to get front end aligned. Its not impossible to replace with minimum change but if settings were done with worn parts, new parts will change it.

At 1500 miles the front end was in need of alignment and the outside edge of the front tires were wearing down excessively. We took to the dealer and they aligned it When I went to rotate the tires at 5500...

once a were pattern is worn in tire s unless you rotate tires to the rear they will keep wearing you should rotate your tires every oil change especially if you do alot of around town driving i am willing to bet you that good year lied to you about the alignment i am sure the dealer put it into spec the first time you just need to rotate them a little more often
