Hi,
This is sounding like a fuel delivery problem, either not enough pressure from the pump or you may have a blockage in the fuel system/tank which is blocking the fuel supply as you go up hill.
Have the fuel pressure tested and check that there is not blockages from the tank itself right to the Carb. or injectors...
