Solutions on fixing my problem with my 1992 cadillac. engine getting to much gas, wont idle, and hard to crank?
Could be the fuel pressure regulator or a faulty injector.
I would check the fuel pressure first.
Is the check engine light on ?

You have gotten Air into the Fuel line. You really need to let it run for a while and let it work the air out. When it Dies just keep trying to start and you will get the air out.

I'd start by tracing the fuel supply and return lines from the gas tank to the engine compartment. Make sure that they are free of kinks or other damage.
Next, check the fuse box and make sure there is power to the fuel pump. Trace the electrical connections leaving the fuel tank and make sure they weren't torn or otherwise damaged by the tire tread.

your water pump may need to be changed. have a trusted mechanic check it. the water pump is connected to the drivebelt of your 4.9 l engine, and if thats where the sound is coming from you can be pretty certain

More likely it is the spark plugs and the engine is mis-firing... take them out and check them
