For Lexus the ! symbol usually is low tire pressure that's all there's sensors in each wheel that report to the car that the pressure is low, also if your wondering how much air to put in the tires you can look by opening up the driver or sometimes the passenger side door and look along the door there's a label that will tell you each tires recommended pressure. Any other questions just ask and id be glad to help you folks, and if you don't mind if you can rate my answer if you get a chance it would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks,
Steve

That's a traction control or skid control system indicator. Usually these systems are on by default, so if you turn them off (or if they fail) the indicator will come on so you know the system is not engaged. I would have a shop scan the computer for fault codes to see if a failure is logged - it may be with a yaw sensor, or a wheel speed sensor (which could also manifest as an ABS problem), or some other fault, including a possible stability control computer failure or fault. But the first step is to see if there are any codes stored in the system, and those codes will point you in the right direction to fix the problem.

The plastic cover (on the right hand side on the driver's door) on the door handle comes off and the key opening is under the cap.

Take your fob and hold it directly against the dash beside the start button for about ten seconds. Watch to see if the green light comes on. Then try the button. If it fails try your spare key same way. You likely have a low battery in the fob.
