SOURCE: ac blows but hot all components check out good!

Are you certain that the slider adjustment is attached? Does it feel like it has resistance when you slide it, or is it a dial? Sounds to me like the cable that changes the flap door from heat to cool is stuck. Think of it this way:
cable ----------------------\ h \c a cover slides between h (hot) and c (cold) inlets into your car, mixing together for warm. I had a Honda with an AC that never quite got nice and chilly, and it was because that flap wouldn't completely cover the hot inlet because the cable had slipped or stretched. So take a peek under the dash and slide the temp gauge back and forth. do you see anything moving? can you see the cable itself?

SOURCE: 95 caddy AC switch wont engage??

If you have a low freon warning you will need to unhook the battery to reset the system before the compressor will run.

SOURCE: fan stays on with power off

The blower relay is stuck in the "always closed" position. Replace the blower relay and this should solve your problem. It should be located in the same fuse block as the main fuse for the blower. The relay should cost somewhere between $20 and $40. Hope this helps, good luck!

Air condition and heat know not working

You need to ensure the engine is running when you are testing the AC or heating systems, as they rely upon a compressor to work the heat pump.

If your engine is on when you are testing this and no different temp air comes out, you should ensure your AC system is properly charged with coolant and that the compressor is engaging and functioning. If not, it will need to be replaced.

When I turn my car off the air conditioner still runs-I needed a jump the other day because it ran all night and wore the battery down.

OK, if the relay for the A/C fan is bad, then the radiator's fan will keep running after turning off the ignition. Also, if the fan for ventilation of the A/C in the cabin stays on after the ignition is turned off, the relay for that is bad.

Good luck on this repair.

I have no power on a/c control ford f 150 2007

The A/C is ran threw the transmission computer are you having problems with it shifting funny? if so check all fuse in the inside of the truck then check the fuses in the engine compartment, if you don't find any blown fuses buy a AC connector and hook up one wire to ground on the battery and one to positive on the battery se if the clutch kicks in if it does try starting it and see if it gets cold if it does then it's the AC computer that has a problem like a pinched wire between the pan and transmission. Do not run a hot wire to the AC connector be sure to purchase one so you don't blow the transmission computer it costs $300 plus labor. it it does not run then pull the low pressure switch plug on the receiver dryer looks like a aluminum tank insert a paper clip into the plug then try it again if the ac comes on and cools then you have a bad pressure switch, it costs $10.00 and can be replaced without losing refrigerant then unhook your spare power connector and hook up the original hook up to the compressor and replace the low pressure switch it should work then. If it does not work get back to me and I will give you some other tests to check it with.

Ac compressort had to be replaced because it seized up. AC ran good for 2 weeks then went out, now the heater doesnt want to work half the time. i dont know if its my heater coil, a leak in my ac lines,...

THE BLEND DOOR THAT CONTROLS HOT TO COLD SWITCHING IS STICKING. THE CONTORL HEAD IS ELECTRIC AND MAY BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM. HEAT AND AC ARE 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SYSTEMS EXCEPT FOR THE CONTROLLER UNDER YOUR RADIO. HEATER COIL IS REALLY A HEATER CORE WHICH IS A LITTLE RADIATOR INSIDE THE CAR BEHIND THE DASHBOARD.
