Check the hot wire going to/at the distributor .. a number of these were crimped on the wires insulation/casing and not on the wire itself,,, it makes intermittent connection.
..This is hard to diagnose,, your symptoms are exactly what this causes... Good luck...

Im having problems putting the spark plug wire back on the distributor cap i cant figure out the diagram which order they go in.for a 1993 chevy blazer 5.7L v8

As long as chevy hasn't changed the firing order it should be 18436572 and the distributor runs clockwise. So if the distributor is installed properly then the pin pointing toward the driver side front of the engine should be number one and that goes to number one cylinder which is the drivers side front. The cylinder banks are easy the drivers side is odd 1357 and the passenger side is even 2468 front to back.

P1345 Code on a '97 Chevy 5.7 in a Silverado

that code usually means the distributor was moved and the cam and crank signal sync is off,you mwill need a scanner capable of data display to reset it,it should be near or at 0 degrees,if you do not have access to a scanner your local shop should be more than capable of reseting it.hope this helped
