You have an issue with a front tire more than likely. or could be the front rotor. I would bet my last breath its' tire or break/rotor related. Maybe even a wheel bearing but it usually doesn't cause vibration in steering wheel.

I would definately look toward the transmission, possibly a torque converter shutter.
Another possiblity to check out would be the driveshaft. It could be slightly warped. An easy way to check this would be to disconnected it(do not remove it completely) and turn it 180 degrees then bolt it back on. Then test drive.

My 98 Buick LeSabre vibrates really bad acts like brakes sticks like tired skids and steering gets tight. Not real tight

My thought is if the brakes pads are sticking after you drive it a while get out and feel the center of the rim. When I have had a brake pad sticking or not releasing as it should the center of the rim or bearing cap will be real hot on the side which is sticking.
Vibration can come from several places. If you have a tire bad, say plies separating or even tires not balanced it will cause a bouncy or vibrating ride . You could need some front end work tie rod ends, ball joints or even wheel bearing. When I have had wheel bearing problem I started hearing noise from the wheel after a while.
I would start by checking to see if wheel bearing cap is hotter on one side. When I have had wheel balance problems the vibration always got worse the faster I went.

Steering wheel vibrates really bad ,,,then it stops for a while then it starts again,,bad vibrations,,plus wen i turn right theres bangin noises from right

check your wheel bearings. jack up the car and see if there is play when you move the wheel by grabbing the bottom and top of the tire a rock back and forth. there should be no play. the tire should rotate smoothly as well.

Steering and real bad vibration in front end

That is known as "the death wobble" for very obvious reasons. You need to install steering dampeners . They look like shocks and they mount between the drag link and the frame. They will cure the problem. Don't delay putting them on your Jeep. Hope this helps.

My steering wheel is vibrating really bad and I can't turn the wheel

If you cannot turn the front wheels and the steering wheel was vibrating before then (since I assume that the car is undrivable now), then your car most likely has broken/damaged tie rod: check if the front wheels wobbles.
A less common problem is the actual steering/wheel rack-pinion gearing mechansim is broken and it is indicated by not being able to move both the front wheels together.
In both case, you need specialist repair.
Hope it helps.

My steering wheel is hsaking and vibrating really

You need to jack up the car and check that wheel right away. You may have a bad bearing and/or spindle. A front end problem like this is very dangerous so please check or have checked asap. The car should not be driven till this problem is repaired. The axle joint may be causing the clicking or the bearing. But if it looks as if the wheel could fall off don't drive it to a repair shop if you are not repairing have it towed.

Vibration in the steering wheel on a 4wd truck

I just had the same issue with a 1999 2500HD and the vibration got worse above 50 mph. Problem was resolved with a new driveshaft. Old one (aluminum) was badly out of true and the problem didn't really occur until I had the U joints changed - then bent driveshaft vibration was noticeable. New driveshaft resolved issue.
