may be you should make a diagnostic and you can do it in a garage or you can do it by yourself if you want to do it by yourself you need some tools and you can find some good ones here: chinasinoy.com

I have a 2001 chevy venture. My tail lights, blinkers, and backing up lights in the rear have gone out. Also the rear blinkers blink at night but very faintly. now when the I have my headlights on nothing...

check for power at one of the back light sockets. You need a circuit tester which is basically a screwdriver with a lightbulb inside and a test lead than can attach to various circuits. You can clamp on the one of the leads going into the bulb and touch the screwdriver shaped part to a grounded part of the vehicle....say a metal bolt on the body. If the light goes on...you probably have a bad ground. Which all your lights use in the back! Which would explain why they all went out together.

Good luck and be careful.

Right side blinker (front) on 2005 Chevy Venture won't work!

Typical problems like this are usually related to the turn signal switch, or the bulb. However, it is possible that you have a loose connection in your turn signal housing. I would check the housing and wiring going to the bulb, first!

IF you rule that out, then next step is turn signal switch. This will be replacement of the unit.
