The blend doors are located in the box behind the radio and glove compartment.

SOURCE: Only cold air on passenger side

I would first check and make sure that you have enough Freon in the system, on climate control dual systems only one side will put out cold air if the system is low on Freon. Eventually, both sides will put out warm/hot air if the system continues to loose Freon. As with all leaks the system should be checked and then the leak causing component replaced/repaired.

SOURCE: 2003 buick lesabre AC problem

You have to find the motor that controls the blend door and open it manually to find out which one is bad there are 3 blend doors on the HV/AC system one will be where the heater core is. The other will be between the vented air and AC? heating system then the third door will operate vents in dash and defrost condition. If you have someone operate them AC system heating system and watch the blend door motors, the one you find not moving will be the one that has the problem. They have vacuum and electrical motors, if it is a acuum motor you can move the door manually with your hand, if it's electric you will have to disconnect the rod by removing the pinch clip off of the rod.

SOURCE: 1998 Buick Century Air Conditioner not blowing out cold air

Under the dash behind the glove box(remove glove box)there is a vacuum connector with multiple vacuum lines of different colors, held in by a small nut on a long stud.Carefully remove the nut,and the vacuum connector, spray silicon spray into the vacuum lines, male and female ports.Replace the vacuum line connector back on.Also look for a vacuum line on passenger side of vehicle, near the firewall, and check the small check valve on the vacuum line and the vacuum line itself for sucking together, and breakage. If all this is o k,and the spray didn`t work, the control head for the temp control is not good

SOURCE: cold air on passenger side warm air on drivers side

Actuator motors either get a tear in the rubber or a hose is broken and not letting vacuum assist in its opening.
You can try moving the lever by hand and see if the air gets colder on the bad side.c976077.jpg

My lesabre blows warm air on driver side cool air on passenger side

If you have dual climate control, you most likely have a low freon level. The evaporator can get cold enough for the passenger side (where the evaporator is located), but not cold enough to transfer cold air to the passenger side. Have it inspected for a leak and the freon level topped off.

04 Chevy Tahoe Climate control issues.

HVAC control head problem or it is the air Temp Control Valve problem. THe control head is the one with the buttons and knobs and the control vavle is located on the HVAC carrier assembly underneath dashboard (two of them one on left and one on right in center). This is a job for someone who has knowledge of HVAC and electrical on a GM vehicle.

You need to replace the drivers side temp actuator that is located on the left side of the HVAC box. It is retained by 3 screws and is fairly easy to replace.
