replacing the complete lock set with the EWS control unit can be expensive as the control unit will also need to be programed and/or encoded, however if the lost keys cannot be found and you are sure they cannot be used to steel you car you can just order replacement keys from your local bmw dealer. hope this is of some help. You will also nead to disable the lost keys if you order replacements rather than a complete set.

Simple open the trunk look at where the back end of the light assembly will be there should be a twist handle on the plastic twist it and there you go switch out your bulbs... Same goes for the bulbs in order to replace them twist the plastic and you should be able to pull it out.. Nothin to it ...

open the rear door covcers on the inside with the trunk open, push the button at the top and pull open, you now have access to the lights

Only the airbag can be affected by that sensor - if the steering angle is over 30% the airbag would not be deployed.But the light starts to shine if (and only if) the electric connection to one of them is disrupted. For the brake and 4x4 lights the causes lie elsewhere and the only common one is a bad grounding in the wire loom.
Something is wrong in the wiring - the dash will have to come off and the loom will have to be thoroughly inspected , the connectors in particular.

Depending on what warning is on... if it's stating brake sensor then one has come loose or cable got pinched when re-installing. If it's ABS light that needs to be reset w/reset tool.
