1999 Corolla code F0301 came up. I have changed spark pluge, spark pluge wire and ignition coil but the code still comes up. Is anyone can help? please.

I would take it to a mechanic who knows what to do.
Personally, I would replace the coil pack that is giving trouble and if the spark plugs have done 60000 miles, replace them for peace of mind.
You should get a misfire code, cylinder 1 would be P0301, cylinder 2 would be P0302 etc.
First of all, even though the Issue says Coil Pack, that does not necessarily mean the Coil Pack is Bad. It could be a Loose Connection, it could be a Bad Wire, it can also mean a Bad Spark Plug or fouled Injector but to answer your question...
The Coil Pack is located under the Plastic on top of your Engine and Directly connects to the Spark Plug. If I was you I would Swap the #1 and #3 Coil Packs and see if the Fault Code follows the Coil Pack. If it does then replace the Coil Pack. If it stays with the Cylinder, I would be checking the Connectors, Wires, Injector and Spark Plug.
First you need to retrieve codes from the Engine control module. You can buy a cheap code retriever at harbor freight and get the codes. After you get the codes, if it is P0301 it means cyl #1, P0302 = cyl #2, P0303=cyl 3 and P0304= cyl 4. For ex: if you got P0301 you should remove the ignition coil #1(near the front of the engine, where the pulley is) and change its position with the coil # 2. Also remove the spark plug #1 and change the position with the spark plug #4. Clear the codes and start and run the engine until the check engine light goes on. Check for codes and see if the code change for a different code. If it change the position observe which one is the change. If is P0304 you have a bad spark plug, If it is P0302 you have a bad coil. If it repeat P0301, you have either a low compression, bad injector/connector, bad intake gasket them you should continue your diagnostic. I hope this help you. Junior.
If your engine cranks normally
but will not start and cuts off because it has no spark, or it stalls and won't restart
because it has no spark, the problem may be due to any of the following: A bad pickup inside the
distributor a stripped distributor drive gear (common problem with plastic
distributor drive gears, broken, loose
or corroded wires from the pickup to the ignition module orPCM. If there is power going from the coil to the dist, but no spark coming out of the dist. the Condenser is bad. Small round thing that has a wire that hooks to the points. If the engine has no spark, check for voltage at the coil positive terminal when the ignition key is on. If there is voltage, the problem is on the trigger side of the coil (pickup, crank sensor, ignition module or primary wiring circuit). If there is NO voltage at the coil, the problem is on the supply side (the ignition switch or ignition wiring circuit). If the coil has voltage, the problem may be a bad high voltage output wire from the coil to the distributor, hairline cracks in the coil output tower, or cracks or carbon tracks inside the distributor cap or on the rotor. You can check this with voltmeter.------------------ That's it.
I HAVE A COROLLA 1999 MODEL. IT IS MISFIRING. I CHANGED THE PLUGS AND CHECK ATHE INJECTORS. NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THE ENGINE STILL VIBRATES AND THE CHECK LIGHT IS ON
I have the same problem except I am getting it on the number 1 and 2 cylinders
