Camaro wont start

Changed battery and starter as well as solenoid. changed cap and rotor changed ignition module/coil. whats wrong? when i turn the key it clicks over

Change starter capacitor

Visual inspection to confirm dist rotor is turning. Check pick up coil under rotor, 2 small wires, green and white tend to break, pull on them slightly to check. The rotor can burn thru and short to ground. try these.
