There isn't one. There's two fuses for the turn signals. The flashing is controlled by the Body Control Module.

Locked radio 2006 gmc canyon

Most modern cars have a security code enable for the installed radio/cd players. This is an anti-theft device.

The initial documents given to the owner when the vehicle was purchased lists this code and how to reset it.

If you are second owner/original owner who has lost this information, then, you can approach gmc canyon dealer and they will have this code on their server. Normally a free service (I believe).

The security code is lost from the radio whenever keep alive voltage is removed from the radio. i.e. You disconnected or replace the battery.

I hope this helps.

2005-2007 Chevrolet Colorado, Express, Silverado Classic, TrailBlazer
    2005-2006 GMC Yukon, Yukon XL
2005-2007 GMC Canyon, Envoy, Savana, Sierra Classic

    • The disc icon on the radio will not illuminate.
    • The radio displays an "INITIALIZING" message for approximately 30 seconds after vehicle start up.
Important: Do not attempt to play CDs with paper labels on them in this CD player. The labels may warp or wrinkle and jam the CD player mechanism. Refer to the Compact Disc Care and Cleaning procedure (Document ID# 1656123) in SI for more information.
Technicians are to reprogram the radio with new operating software using the following procedure:

before the radio is reprogrammed. Remove and reinstall the radio fuse to reset the radio and then eject the CD(s). If cycling the power to the radio does not allow the CD(s) to be removed, the radio may have another failure that will not be corrected by the reprogramming procedure that follows. Refer to the Diagnostic Starting Point - Entertainment procedure in SI to begin your diagnosis of this failure to eject CDs concern before reprogramming the radio.
    2. Reprogram the radio using the Service Programming System (SPS) with the latest software available on TIS2WEB. Refer to the SPS procedures and the Radio Programming and Set procedure in SI for more information. As always make sure your Tech 2® is updated with the latest software version.
    3. Verify proper operation of the radio and make sure that all CDs can be ejected.

I have a CD STUCK in my 2004 dodge Durango. How

1st try to hit the eject button multiple times in a row. If this doesn't work you have 3 options.
1= pull the radio unit, disassemble case, gingerly remove CD, and reassemble.
2=Go to dealer or repair shop and have them remove. If you have a warranty left, mopar should be able to help. Factory radios have been a problem with Mopar for years.
3= Go buy a new CD and forget about it

How do you remove the radio in a 2009 GMC Canyon?

you have to start by removing the trim around the radio. it just pulls towards you then unplug connector (if any). Remove three 7 mm bolts from the radio mounts. Radio will just pull out. Not if you replacing it with aftermarket. there is now acc wire in the harness and the ignition switch is to weak to power this wire so the use of a GMRC01 from metra electronics will work perfect to supply you with all the connections needed for the aftermarket hookup
