SOURCE: SERVICE DRIVER CONTROL ????????
I guess the right word is . Service ride control.
Service ride control. come because, Is there a computer for all the suspension and esteering.
Level sensor if the car use air suspension.
Or electronic shocks. any of those are giving the message.
You need to do a computer diagnostic. On a repair shop.

The heater in your car depends upon a flow of hot coolant going through the heater core in order to get hot air into the car. If the heater core is partially plugged, it will restrict the flow. If you have a head gasket that is putting exhaust into the cooling system, it will eventually get into the heater core. When this happens there is no coolant in the heater core to make the air warm. If the water pump vanes have corroded away the result will be very poor coolant circulation causing the heater to not blow hot air. If your car is equipped with a heater control valve that is not functioning properly, the coolant flow will be restricted. One or a combination of these factors is likely the culprit in your case.
Thank you for using FixYa! A FiXyA rating is appreciated!!

the ride control pertains to the shocks and struts, They are controlled by an on board computer. What first must be done is to retrieve the fault codes from the computer

Does it turn over? If yes, then I would look at a fuel pressure issue. The most common with the 4.6 litre is the fuel pressure regulator. I would recommend taking it in to have it checked. It's easy if you have a fuel pressure guage, and must safe since we are dealing with gas.

SOURCE: What does service ride control
The Cadillac's have an automatic leveling system using a small compressor and air adjustable "shocks" to provide that BEAUTIFUL ride quality that they are known for. The computer has detected a fault in the system and is letting you know. It could be a faulty air line, bad shock, or a blown fuse. I hope this will give you a starting point if you are considering a repair.
