How do i reset the computer after chaning the oil

Aside from the obvious checking the oil level, Some vehicles have an oil sender that plugs in near the filter. Check for any sensors in the area and make sure they are connected properly.

When you open the drivers door there is a fuse box on the dash where it meets the door. Pull off the cover and there will be a red reset button. Turn the car on but do not start it. Once the power is on tap the reset button until the chane oil light is flashing, the hold it down until it goes off. This is how you also reset the check tire pressure light.

turn the key on step on the gas pedal to the floor 3 times within 10 seconds then the C.O.L. should blink 5 times turn key off then start normally make sure the door is shut or it may not reset

2. Immediately after Step 1 press and release the gas pedal 3 times within 5 seconds.
3. If the Change Oil Soon light flashes the system is resetting.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

that means u need more than an oil change it sounds like the oil pump went out and runt motor.sorry to say oil chane might help but not for long

I believe it's 4 quarts, but I always get 5 as an extra -- add 4 then start the car and let it run for a few seconds (~30 or so) then check level (while the car is level) and add as necessary -- a gauge of how much to add the amount between the low and high lines on the dipstick is 1qt - so if it's right at the low line, 1qt will put it at the high -- ideally, it should be in between the line.

Either there isn't enough oil (add more) or the pressure sensor has failed - test and replace it.

Just to confirm that the oil Fill plug to a Daewoo lano manual tansaxle is on the right hand side of the transaxle where the drive-shaft exits the gearbox housing.

You need to jack the car right up and use a torch

It takes 1.8L of oil

turn key to on position (DO NOT START)
press and release gas pedal 3 times.
leave key on the change engine oil light flashes 5 times than goes away and its reset

The place that changed your oil should have done this for you
