CV boots are replaceable,but most times it's just as cheap to replace the complete axle.

Inner cv's hardly ever pack up it is the outer ones as it works harder in turns. it will be a clukking noise and some grinding. Make sure they are well greased and the rubber boots are not torn. if it has wear replace it as it can be costly when it fails.

When you did the ball joints you should have pulled the axles

I would guess that you know the axle nut has to come off & that
in most cases you break the bottom ball joint loose, so you can
get the axle out of the steering knuckle

So I will guess you can't get the axle out of the trans

You use a long pry par,3 foot or more & put the end against
a piece of wood, so as not to pry on the aluminum trans case

Then you pop it out with the pry bar.
You don't pry on the axle ,you use the side of the pry bar
to bang it with the end against the wood

Hi I have a problem, to start my 2010 3 liter mazda bt50.
I change the fuel pump but still the problem didn't solve

Check boots on CV joints for tears. Torn boots result in CV wearing out. The boots are at each end of the axles going from your transmission to the front wheels. The normal repair is to replace axles. Both can be more carefully inspected on a lift before deciding if only one or both axles should be replaced. Any questions, please reply.
