Replace the blower motor relay,it's next to blower motor..

Take it to a garage and check the OBD codes.

CHECK IT FOR A SHORTED CIRCUIT

Have you checked all of the fuses? Some of the fuses are also in-line

Well there could be a number of reasons why the heater/ac isnt working lets start with the blower moter fuse,then after that check wiring to the blower motor & the connections at the blower motor itself.Check to see that you have 12 volts post back if you have any more questions

I also have a 2008 Nissan Rogue, and my intelligent keys quit working too. However, I do not believe it's the batteries, as one of my keys has never been used. I checked the fuses, but they are fine.
