My car is back fireing from the top of the motor.this just happen all of a sudden and i see a little spark coming from the top of one one of the spark plugs
The timing on all 96 and newer vehicles is computer controlled so its very rare for one to jump time. One thing bothers me you said you can see spark coming from one of the top of the plug, thats a problem.Check the plug wires because you must have one bad if you can see it.If they are all in bad shape replace them then see how it runs,it might just fix all the problems.
SOURCE: Adjusting headlights on 2002 Crown vic
I noticed this is 6 months old so I don't know if you have figured it out yet but heres an answer for you. On the back of the headlights there are 3 plastic heads, they turn but spray some wd40 or something on them first. You might have to take the headlights assembly out to get a good bite on them.

SOURCE: Wiper motor replacement for a 99 crown vic
I replaced the same part on a 1994 Crown Vic. There are a few bolts which go through rubber mounts on the firewall and that is how the wiper motor fits against the firewall. There is a clip on the wiper drive that must be pressed and slid off the wiper shaft. The hardest part was getting clearence between the engine and wiper motor. If I remember there was a way to turn the wiper case to clear the engine. I have asked myself why this was engineered like this? There is nothing important in the way that 3/4" of clearance could have been given for removal.

Sounds like you may have a bad ignition coil also, causing the module to burn up.
