look for a T shape line it maybe broken so look for any pipe that looks like it has a plastic connector the line will fit to that but you will need a new T line addaptor..
Don't replace it. Go to Walmart and buy an adapter. It is usally at the check out somewhere and It cost about $5.00. It has a cassette that goes into the cassette player. Then you plug your ipod or whatever into the attached wire. Doesn't look cool but it works and it is inexpensive. The adapters with the cd player attached skip (we had one 20 years ago) so just buy the new kind of adapter for less and play all your up to date gadgets. Put your cd songs on your ipod or iphone. Our son uses one in his truck with his little ipod shuffle. No cd player needed.
the 700r4 is by far a better trany, also it has overdrive which the th400 and th350 does not.and the 700r4 has a lighter housing than the other 2.but if u really need to change it i would go with the th400 as it is stronger, and you can change the tailshafts if the splines from the yolk match up,that way you possibly wouldnt have to change the driveshaft.you would have to change the torqconverter to mach the 400 or the 350.and the make crossmember kits to make the change.they also make kits to change out the whole trany with all the addaptors and hook ups.
If you don't have a cassette player, you can purchase an ipod/RCA adapter cable for about $10 and plug it into your aux inputs in the rear. The cable has one end that fits into your ipod headphone plug and the other end is a white and red pair of plugs (called RCA plugs)that will plug into the rear inputs.
buy a different tape adapter the one you have is too loose or you deck needs both wheels to turn 1 driving the other if this doessnt happen it will keep changing sides
I'm afraid not. The best advice I can give you is to get a Radio Tuner Adapter for your I-pod. Most prople will tell you to use a Cassette adapter, and this is fine. However it sounds like you want the best sound you can get from your I-pod. The tuner adapter is the way to get it. You will get a better sound frequency range from your factory tuner than your cassette. The factory Head unit in your Sable isn't bad, just changing the factory speakers will make a huge diffrence. Good Luck, and don't forget to vote.
i believe they make an adapter the fits into cassette player like a tape/looks like a cassette with a wire attached to it with headphone jack plugs into ipod
