I am trying to locate the fusible links on a 1988 dodge B250 van can anybody help me?

Usually, they are connected to the positive battery cable, or the starter.

to find the crank sensor you have to remove the bell housing and then the plastic guard behind the bell housing....fusible links sorry I do not know

there's a grounded wiring on your car or it is not tighten hard... check your wiring harness...

You either have a short somewhere, or the alternator is over charging. What does the volt gauge read before it blows, if you don't have a gauge, get a volt meter and test at the battery. Anything over 14.5 will blow the link.

If it has a main fuse it will already be there in a holder on the positive battery terminal. Because of the age of the vehicle, there isn't that much on it.

No fuseable link.
Looks like all 6 injectors get power from the same brown and white wire.
The problem would be in the injector or the ground wire from the computer to the injector.
Usually the injector has failed.

the only fuse for the starter is not located in the fuse box it is located in the positive wires that go to the starter its called a fusible link and when then amperage of the starter exceeds the fusible link rating the fusible link blows the link is usually located inthe positive wire to the starter and at some point fatter then the wire itself

I had the same problem a few years ago on a converted '92 Ram B250 van. Turned out to be a blown fusible link in the engine compartment, under the hood, right next to / behind the brake master cylinder. These links were used instead of fuses up until '92, so it is likely the problem you are having as well.
