I have no switch in the passenger side (was like this when I bought it), I do have the master switch on drivers side which controls all windows and when pushing the passenger side button I get power both up and down on passenger side plug plus the live wire so the switch is working fine, what I want to know is what wires do I cross to make the window work from drivers side switch. (A) Goes to motor (B) live when up is pushed from drivers side (C) Goes to motor (D) live when down is pushed from drivers side (E) full time live I do not have a multi meter to measure resistance and there doesn't appear to be an earth? I know the motor is working as it will wind up and down with a hot wire straight from battery. Also the central locking on that door will not work, ie. If I turn the key in drivers door, passenger lock does nothing but if I turn the key in passengers door all doors will lock as normal. Any ideas/leads would be much appreciated.
There could be a lock controller somewhere that is not working.
I don't have a wiring diagram for your truck.
Generally, the power window motors are grounded thru the doors, or the switches provide ground. In your case the motors are probably grounded thru the doors.
The master switch "overrides" the door switch so you have extra wires that do the same thing. The E wire probably gives the door switch power and the A and C are up and down. The B and D are override circuits from the master that bypass the door switch.
Sometimes the motor is grounded thru the switch then thru the door.

sounds like some one tried to break into your vehicle and jammed the door locking rod this would be the most likley guess since you said motor is still working the rod will need to be pulled out and straightened again to factory bend this is critical
and your switch is on the door panel the one that says lock unlock

I had the same problem with now power to windows, mirrors and seat. The common soulution is the orange and or black wire in the boot have broken between the door and post.

open the door pull the rubber boot back that houses the wiring loom you will find that there are a number of wires broken if doable solder them back to gether and insulation tap them up, you should find this solves your problem.
your noise should and your windows should work if there are to many wires brocken you can get a new loom from the dealer
good luck
this is a very common problem i do 2 ore 3 of these a day

driver's door module should have a 12v battery feed..if this missing it could explain your problem..module not being powered up..look between driver's door and body..in harness, you may have broken wiring

So if it was grounded through the door, in theory I should be able to put live wire to A or C and it would move either way, it does not do this. the only way so far that I can move it is by running 2 wires - & + straight from battery. Maybe il have to wait till I can get a switch for it. As for the lock, I will be checking that out next time I get the chance.
