I have already replaced the mass air flow sensor all but 2 O2 sensors, and I have replaced the solenoid for the EGR according to the P1195 code problem/solution in my book for my Mazda, but it's still throwing these 2 codes when it's hooked up to the scanner and will still randomly shut down and sometimes not turn back on whenever it wants. How do I fix it?

I would suggest you get the back pressure in your exhaust checked out...

A collapsed catalytic convertor or rotted old muffler
can give you all the associated grief...

The engine has to breathe to start.

Save all those parts you TRIALED... SPARES
are always nice to have around....

Try a full reset. Disconnect the car battery for about an hour. Reconnect the battery then try it again. Doing a full reset should reprogram the EEC to go back to factory settings. It worked doing this on my Ford. I would suggest it will work on a Mazda.

This is all due to a loose connection somewere. If your car had been worked on check all connector that are not plugged in tightly. Some newer cars even have a special lock lever to the connectors, and if not connected properly you would have all kinds of code poping up.

95 Mazda Millenia- P1195 & P1152 (P1151):

Scanners aren't oracles and fault codes aren't gospel. Codes provide strong clues that mostly provide satisfaction but not always.
When a code pops up it can mean a circuit has been snagged rather than just a sensor and the circuit includes the wiring, connections and part of the ECU.

The results of a scanner should always be verified by independent testing of the component, multimeter checks of the circuitry and examining live data.

A back to basics approach is best rather than jumping in with the scanner. Bad injector spray patterns can cause a number of "unrelated" codes to pop up, for instance...

P1195 refers to the map sensor, not the egr solenoid. It could be a bad map sensor, bad wiring, or possibly a bad or loose vacuum hose.
P1522 refers to the air control flap actuator on the intake manifold. You can see about yhat at the link below.
