I have already replaced the mass air flow sensor all but 2 O2 sensors, and I have replaced the solenoid for the EGR according to the P1195 code problem/solution in my book for my Mazda, but it's still throwing these 2 codes when it's hooked up to the scanner and will still randomly shut down and sometimes not turn back on whenever it wants. How do I fix it?
I would suggest you get the back pressure in your exhaust checked out...
A collapsed catalytic convertor or rotted old muffler
can give you all the associated grief...
The engine has to breathe to start.
Save all those parts you TRIALED... SPARES
are always nice to have around....

Try a full reset. Disconnect the car battery for about an hour. Reconnect the battery then try it again. Doing a full reset should reprogram the EEC to go back to factory settings. It worked doing this on my Ford. I would suggest it will work on a Mazda.

This is all due to a loose connection somewere. If your car had been worked on check all connector that are not plugged in tightly. Some newer cars even have a special lock lever to the connectors, and if not connected properly you would have all kinds of code poping up.
