Dash lights for door adjar, seat belt, and windshield washer turn on in sequence then all turn off

The dash board warning lights for door adjar, seat belt, and windshield washer (upper left hand corner) go steady on in this sequence then all turn off at once. This occurs after the normal warning light check when engine is started. This may repeat several times, then stop for a while. Alternator was replaced but still occurs.

You will need to replace the ignition starter switch, this switch is operated by a long steel rod from the ignition key cylinder, it is located under the dash on the top of the steering column tube, it has a very large connector going to it. See the photo below of the part.
Color of switch is black .

If you are talking about the SRS light, the LFC ( light Flash Code ) 27 is :

Passenger Air Bag Deactivation ( PAD ) warning lamp shorted to ground

Have you done, or had any work done in the dash area as of late ?

The PAD light cannot illuminate, so the truck is reporting the code via the SRS LFC.

Start with the PAD lamp, and work you way backwards on the wiring harness, looking for a wire that has the insulation damaged, and making contact with the dash frame.
Could be right at the PAD lamp holder also.

This will take some time, but should be an easy fix.

Door adjar warning light stays on. Dome and cargo light stays on.

You need to remove the door ajar sensors from the doors and clean and lube them. You must remove the interior door panel then remove the door latch. Then twist the switch out of the latch to work on it.

Door Ajar
The door ajar signal comes from door open warning lamp switches (14018) located in the door jamb. When any door is open, the generic electronic module (GEM) will cause the door ajar warning indicator to be illuminated on theinstrument cluster . The warning indicator will turn off when the warning condition is removed (the door is closed). You could have a bad door ajar switch .A bad seat belt buckle switch and a low washer fluid sensor bad as well . Finding wiring diagrams for these circuits an doing voltage testing Is the proper way to diagnose problems like this . After four different GEM module . The seat belt buckle switch has B+ voltage on one wire , Brown with lite blue stripe . The other wire goes to ground G-300 . When the buckle is closed voltage goes to ground G- 300 . The GEM will see this an turn off the light . You do not have a bad GEM . This is probably what's wrong with the other lights . Find wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html
Enter vehicle info. year , make , model engine size . Under system click on body & accessories , under subsyetem click body controls . Hit the search button , click on the blue link . The diagram will show pin # for each of the lights your having problems with. Test voltage AT each pin . if there is voltage , don't know if system voltage or a five volt reference voltage . There is nothing wrong with the GEM . U better find yourself a better mechanic .
