I can't find where the flasher goes on a 96' Buick Lesabare

    I can't find where the flasher is supposed to be changed on my 96 buick lesabre.

    the solution said to take out screws on the left of the kick panel. Where is the kick panel?

Find the fuse panel on the left side of the kick panel. You almost have to stand on your head to get at the kick panel, I used a mirror. Take out the 3 screws out of the kick panel. The blinker module is on the back of the fuse panel which is attached to the kick panel.

It sounds to me like the blinker switch itself maybe to blame because if the flasher was bad the right signal or the flashers wouldnt flash.
