Yes I tend to agree with yada the first person who answered .
However you have a 92 mitsubishi the fuel pump could also be the issue .
You see if the fuel filter isn't changed it will damage the fuel pump over time .Yours is 22 years old its vary likely its had it
But it is vary well designed don't it away sometimes you have to spend some money .
And I would bet on their engineering to last any day compaired to China .

I think they are under the bonnet on these follow the fuel lines back from the engine

The test port is on the fuel rail that supplies the fuel injectors on the top of the engine.

Relieve the fuel rail pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse, then cranking the engine for a few seconds until it is clearly not receiving any fuel. Next let off the pressure in the fuel tank by removing then replacing the fuel filler cap. Next unfasten the special connectors which join the fuel line to either side of the fuel filter and disconnect the lines, keeping a rag handy to catch the fuel which will spill out of the lines and filter. Remove the fuel filter mounting bracket bolts/screws then replace the filter. Reassembly is the reverse of removal.

You need to pull the code out with a OBD I scanner to determine what code is being set.

One the brake pedal is a buttom switch,It may be sticking or may just need adjusted.

0.10 should be the correct setting

you will have to take it to a shop for a test or, try replacing the fuel pump and filter
