Air conditioned freon is full but it's not that cold also sometimes it blows white smoke or steamlike comes ou t the vents sometimes
What you are seeing is probably fog which is a large amount of water in the evap box. Some times the evaporator freezes up due to a lack of air flow or a restriction in the flow of freon in the system. The floor drain could also be stopped up and not letting the water drain out of the car.
You can check to see if a puddle of water is present when the car is parked and the a/c is on. Also try switching from fresh to recirc and see if it makes any difference on air flow. You may have a restricted cabin air filter too.

ymeadows: If you have properly re-charged your A/C system to the correct pressure and do not get cold air coming out of your cabins vents, then you have a clog somewhere in the A/C system. This may be caused by a dirty orifice tube or expansion valve (same part different name) or the clog could be in the evaporator or condenser. I would not continue to use your A/C until you locate the source of your problem as this may cause over-stressing of other critical A/C components. If you are mechanically inclined and familiar with how A/C systems work, I would start with replacing the orifice tube or expansion valve. These can be on the high or low side of the A/C system and varies from one make and model to another. PLEASE VOTE FOR THIS SOLUTION IF YOU FOUND THIS INFORMATION HELPFUL, THANKS,

Your system is low on refrigerant and needs some more R134. Go to your local parts store and get a recharge kit which will come with a can of R134 and a hose to connect the can to the system. The fitting on the system will be on the passenger side of the vehicle, under the hood. Follow the instructions in the kit and you should be ok. Don't add more than you need to get the a/c blowing consistent cold air. Too much refrigerant can be just as bad and ineffective as too little.

THE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR MOTOR NOT WORKING. NOT ALLOWING AIR DOOR TO OPEN SO THE AC AIR CAN CIRCULATE THROUGH THE VENTS.
