New plug new fuel filter have spark have fuel flow still will not start starter turns fine
If you have fuel as you say then the fuel pump relay is not the problem.
Testimonial: "Dennis, Thank you, but then what? Where to go from there? gets spark to plug from coil pac gets fuel NOTE: I do smell fuel after attempting to start a few times as if flooded or a leak but checked all lines everywhere found no leaks found a small crack in a rectangular plastic hose that runs on top along coil pack from on valve cover to the other very small taped back tight still no starts"
SOURCE: car turns over, but won't start
Too many choice.
3 main areas are fuel, spark, air.
Try a shot of ether, if it fires at all, it is a fuel problem.
Then we can get into more detail.

You have to bleed the system, most likely air, or you blew the fuel pump fuse !

Have you tried spraying starter fluid into the air intake? If it starts you may have a fuel pump or fuel filter issue. I'm assuming that you've verified that you have spark at this point. Good luck!
Car
not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To
confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
