The blower motor on the heat and ac was wanting to run all the time even when the car was shut off . i was un hooking the battery so it wouldnt run it down over night . then one day i was going down the road and it smelled like somthing was burning and the blower motor wouldnt shut off so i pulled the fuse to shut it off . After puting the fuse back in it no longer works at all

it's either a fuse or it's a bad blower motor, it could be a bad blower motor resistor but usually you'll get either high or low only, so if you have nothing on any speed, high low etc, and all the fuses are ok chances are it's your blower motor.

you need to disconnect one side of the battery, put one lead from an ampmeter on the battery post you have disconnected and the other ampmeter lead on the cable you took off the battery. with nothing turned on on the car , all doors closed the reading on the ampmeter should be no higher than 0.17 amp, if it reads a lot hgher go to the fusebox and remove one by one all the permanent supply fuses looking at the reading every time until you find the circuit that is causing the high reading, this will be the drain. alot of the time it can be central locking system playing up, boot light, glove box light not switching off, stereo wired wrong. hope this helps.

that's normal when hot, but should't run down the battery. if severly overheats ffnd/fix that problem. the other will probably dissapear . if not excessively hot then the fan heat sensor is faulty....

You have clean the blower unit , may be its dirty then . and then check the blower resistor unit for malfunction.
