You will have to take off the inner door panel and check the mechanism inside, a piece of the latch might have broken off.

Did these doors quit at the same time or over a period. It seems that the actuators for the locks have gone bad. With the mentioned doors, that's a lot weight for the actuators to unlock and pop open. With the remotes and console not working , that's more reason to think the actuators are the problem.

If it stops in roughly the same spot every time, and won't respond after it has stopped, it sounds like a broken wire. It is likely losing its electrical current to run the motor. It should be right where the track bends when the door has stopped. Check for loose or frayed wiring inside the flexible plastic track just below the door. The wires will often wear after being bent over and over again. If you find a broken bit of wire, cut out that section and splice in a new length of wire. Be sure you do a good job splicing, or you may end up with the same issue again soon. I am not a mechanic by any means, this just makes sense to me, and I'm considering buying an 01 town and country with this issue, which is why I'm on this site to begin with. Best of luck -
