I was riding with my ac and noticed my car was running hot then hot air start to blow then after that i checked my fuse box under the hood and the min fuse 25A under the hood was blown i replaced the fuse 5 times and it kept popping my fan that sits with the radiator will not come on at all
Fuses blow because of higher than normal amperage in the circuit. Not sure what circuit the blown fuse is for but if it is for the fan the fan may be shorted therefore blowing the fuse. If you put fuse in while the ac was still on try shutting off the ac then putting the fuse in. See if it blows then if it doesn't then turn the ac on and if it blows you have at the very least isolated the system at fault.
the blown fuse was an 25A MINI FUSE THAT GOES TO THE FAN
THE FUSE THAT BLEW BELONG TO THE FAN
ty hector and ty mom lol yes hector it was the fuse that goes to the fan
Now that we know which fuse you may have a bad fan. The motor on the fan may be drawing more amperage perhaps cause it's binding causing the fuse to blow.

The blower motor resistor is probably the issue. I can't help you on its location because you didn't include the year and engine size of your truck
Good luck with resolving your issue!
SOURCE: CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, AUTO ZONE SAYS COOLING FAN SHORTAGE
If the fuse is blowing there is too much resistance in the cooling fan moter. Replace JUST the cooling fan motor and the fuse. The A/C always turns the cooling fan ON when turned on. That is why the A/C messes up when the fan motor is bad. Replace the fan motor and the A/C problem will be fixed too. :)

chk fan speed resistors in evaporator houding under the hood where the blower is mounted. Tewo scewa hold them in You can see the wires.

Sounds like a short in the wiring, or a bad fan motor drawing too much current. Check the wiring for shorts, if none are found, replace the fan motor.

There is a relay fuse under the hood. It should be in a fuse box but sometimes they are connected to the firewall or the above the wheel well. New ones are usually fairly cheap.
