Replaced dash pad and both air bags. Replaced turn signal switch. Replaced front light wiring harness. Replaced air bag control module. Right turn signal works but left blinks fast on indicator but neither front or rear lights flash. Front light is new on left side.

The turn signal switch is most likely the problem, but change the flasher for the turn signals first, some times this is all that it is.

You have a bad ground at the right rear tail light assembly
Many times the ground is right there at the light. Follow the wire from the bulb base and see where it goes. Try tightening the fixture first
good luck

It may be a turn hazard module under dash.that is the culprit! The power to the third brake light does not go through the module, but the rear brake lamps power is controlled through this module. I am looking at a drawing of one and it looks like it has two connectors with about five wires in one and six in the other. It has some cooling fins on it also.
