Motor fan blowing

Why would the fan blow if the motor is not overheating? I can feel heat coming from the passenger side while the heat is off.

HEAT PROBLEM

Does the fan blow on High? If so, some cars have actual flex ducts in the dash leading to the output vents. If these aren't put back in place or come back loose during reassembly, your air will be blowing inside the dash. Did you replace all of the gaskets in the fan housing or anywhere else in the disassemble process where applicable? just thinking. Good luck.

Heater fan or blower motor

The motor should be on the firewall near the passenger side strut tower.

It over heated no leakage in the over flow, fluid is moving, no leagage in the rad however when i go to rev up the car i hear like a gurgling sound comming from the dash could it be the heater...

if your heater core is bad you will more than likely have coolant on the carpet on the passenger side floor. also this car uses a shared fan. the fan not only cools the radiator but also makes sure the a/c is blowing cold. the fan motor may be bad which is why you overheated. a sign the fan morot isnt working is the a/c stops blowing cold air when the car is stopped at a red light, drive thru, ect. since the car overheated you may want to double check that you havent cracked the plastic tanks on the side of the radiator. has the low coolant light come on?

Where in the heck is the radiator fuses on a 2003 chevy monte carlo SS. The passenger side fan motor has quit but is showing it has power when tested with a testing light?

if you have power there then the fuses are good or relays but if you have power then you ethier have a bad fan or ground wire also that fan should only come on when the ac is on

FAN DOES NOT BLOW AIR OUT ON LOWER SETTINGS ONLY ON HIGH

Need a new blower motor resistor. Check under hood on firewall, on passenger side under cowl, behind strut tower area is usual spot. If not may be on housing/ducting under dash on passenger side near blower motor.

Fan blowing but not overheating

That shouldnt be a problem. I have a 99 Sebring and it does the same thing. it has never overheated. if it is only blowing small amounts of heat you should be alright. and the fan is blowing to prevent the car from overheating.
having a heater running will help a car from overheating, it actually helps cool the engine.

A/C unit fan is nolonger blowing air.

Either a bad blower motor or blower motor resistor. If the air is coming from the defroster only, check for a disconnected or broken vacuum line under the hood by the passenger firewall.
