Just filled up my tank.. drove home and it was fine.. then i started it again to go somewhere and the fuel gauge, speedometer and temperature gauge didn't move.. so i started driving and my speed stayed on zero and the fuel gauge stayed on empty as well.. the inside dash light doesn't work either. check gauges light came on.. help please

These vehicles seem to have a problematic short, my grandfather has the same vehicle with the same problem, i found the short under the carpet on the driver side of the vehicle, under the gas pedal, sometimes wires can crack and break.

I had the same issue with my dodge caravan and after several attempts by the dealer to fix it, it turned out to be a broken wire. They replaced the relay and it would work for a while and then go blank again. Have the wires checked thoroughly.

HI, the fuel gauge sending unit is malfunctioning. this is located inside the fuel tank and, it is part of the fuel pump assembly. replacing this failing component will fix this issue.

I know your fuses look good but try replacing the fuse with a new one.

check the engine to body ground strap. located rear top of engine screwed to firewall Remove,clean, and resecure.
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
