Then the fuel pump circuit is shorted from the collision, you likely have to replace the fuel pump.

SOURCE: While starting my 2002 Ford Explorer sometimes it

well theres two things that could be happening. first would be the most obvious and to say the fuel pressure regulator is bad. simple test for that would be to pull the vacuum line off of the fuel pressure regulator, and check for fuel in the vacuum line, if so it needs to be replaced. if not the next answer would be if you take lots of short trips without getting the engine warm, the engine will actually flood. its because the EFI tells the injectors to stay open longer and to dump more fuel in the cylinder just as a choke on a carb would do, and if you shut it off during this time it can actually flood the cylinders with fuel.

SOURCE: Emergency Flashers totally out, Rear lights malfunctioning

Check the ground on the passenger side rear lights, it's likely bad. As for the hazards, sounds like a bad flasher or fuse.

2001 Lincoln navigator fuel pump relay switch location

Ford used an emergency fuel shut off switch on some models. It would shut off fuel pump in a accident , some times they would shut off by going over a bump in the road. It may be located at the very rear of trunk area, tail gate area (recessed into the trunk/tailgate) Its just a button to push to reset.

2001 ford sports trac brake lights not working ,

This may be a simple fix, where the wheel jack or washer bottle is located in the back behind the panel, there should be connectors for the rear lights, it is possible that the plug has been dislodged, remove the panels and check the plug connections. Good luck.

Recently heard that a 2003 ford explorer sport trac had a anti-theft swith/button on floorboard that when activated will not allow vehicle to start. Where is that located? thanks

don't know about anything like that. I know Ford did put the emergency fuel shut-off switch on the passengers side floor up under the dash just behing the carpet on Rangers and were sometimes unplugged by passengers with long legs. It has a little red button on it that pushed down. Check to see if you have something like that. Maybe it shuts off when the anti-theft alarm is activated and has to be reset.
