SOURCE: turn signals

The unit that supplies power to the indicators and gives you the ticking noise is refered to as teh flasher can. It is virtually just a relay that continually switches power.

My suggestion would be to check this, sorry I dont know where it is located on your car.

Part is relatively cheap if it needs replacing.

Hope I have helped.

SOURCE: the driver side rear left turn signal will not

Check if you have fire at the centre pin of the light socket using a tester. If not, the wiring is shot somewhere. If you have fire, you replaced the dud bulb with another dud! (I know, it happened to me some time ago on my Chevy)

SOURCE: Turn signal flashes repeatedly

Could be several things but generally this happens when one of the turn signal bulbs is burned out (front or back), especially if it is fast on one side (left vs right). Once the burned out bulb is replaced the flashing returns to normal.

2007 jeep compass. Turn signals flashing fast new bulbs has parking lights. Has no power to turn signals. All 4 corners

Is all four bulbs flashing at the same time? If all four are flashing at the same time then you have your flashers on. Check your turn signal relay. Should be down around your fuse box.

My left front blinker flashes quickly. - The left

Check for power at the socket. If there is no power I would suspect the flasher relay wich supplies power to each bulb individually after it gets the right or left signal from the switch.

Fast flashing turn signals

I would change out the turn signal bulb on the right front. A blown bulb can cause the fast flash issue. The signals staying on is not related to the bulb being blown. That is most likely a problem with the multifunction switch, the knob you use to signal.

Turn signals in front don't flash and back flash quickly

you need to check signal bulbs and their sockets and their wiring. when you correct problem infront rears will be ok since flasher requires total 4 bulbs to blink at a correct rate. if fronts are out load is limited and flasher acts faster

2000 taurus left turn signal flashes rapidly and the left rear turn signal lamp does not work. Does ford have burned out bulb sense circuit that would give this indication? The right side flashes normally.

Yes - the fast flashing is a warning that a bulb is burned out. Change the bulb (be careful to put it in the same as the old one as it probably is 2 bulbs in one , parking and turn/stop) and you should be fine.

How do you change a front signal bulb on a 2004 accord

Front turn signal bulb replacement

1. Remove the inner fender
2. Disconnect the 3p connector from the front turn signal/side marker light.
3. Turn the bub socket ( 45 degree ), counterclockwise to remove the bulb.
4. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.

Change turn signal bulb 02 S60

ok this is what you do,unplug the two vaccum hoses at the back of the air filter box, pull up the air filter box, dont worry it wont break, give it a quick tug upwards on the four corners, now you can get enough room to change the directionals.NOTE: changing bulbs would not solve your problem because after a couple of weeks or so you will get that turn signal warning again, your best bet is to change the turn signal socket (its about $15.00) at the dealer.,you get the new socket and bulb all in one,do both sides if you can afford it because after a couple months the other side also goes.
