2006 Pontiac G6 GT, needed a new AC compressor, sepentine belt and freeon, all that was replaced, but when I turn on the AC I will get cool air and then warm air, the RPM's go up when the cold air comes on and then lower's when the warn air start's

I would suggest replacing the blower motor resistor. When this component fails the blower will only work on one spped or none. This is a very common issue with all automotive models

take the upper radiator hose use a glove and while the car is running squeeze the hose together and see if trys to open in your hand and if it doesn't you have a weak water pump but check the condition of the drive belt and the coolant before you go to the pump
SOURCE: AC doesn't blow cold air, but refrigerant levels
The low side pressure seems ok the high side would help,Is your compressor cycling and is the air coming out even slightly cool?slight over charge cold effect cooling ability.I wish I could be more help. I will have to think about this one.maybe you could make sure your temp.door is actually in the commanded cold position.
