SOURCE: 1989 toyota truck, Starts , runs perfect then

make sure your hose from the idle air control (IAC) valve, on the throttle intake, is not leaking. i just went through this myself. it is a small hose that connects to a nipple directly next to the thermostat housing, and the other end goes to the nipple of the IAC. you may not even notice a leak. if this doesnt fix it, the IAC is probably shot. also, make sure your coolant is topped off with the heater on before you do ANY of this. toyotas are seriously "coolant-dependent" trucks, and sometimes that is all that is needed. hope this helps

SOURCE: where is the flasher on a 1994 toyota previa

The flasher is bolted to the firewall behind the right side of the instrument panel and you can't get to it from underneath the instrument panel. You will have to remove the center console fascia to get to the instrument cover screws and remove the instrument cover. Then you can get to the instrument holding screws and move the instrument panel out of the way. Either a service manual or AutoZone.com will have this information and pictures. Replace the flasher with a genuine Toyota flasher relay. The aftermarket relays might look like they fit but I have found out they don't work properly. The flasher is bolted to the firewall with a 13mm bolt. Take out the bolt and replace the flasher.

SOURCE: 1994 toyota pickup with 22re

HI! The other thing that controls the fuel is the PCM (powertrain control module). The PCM is like the car's brain that when it fails everything else's fail. The PCM has connectivity on all electrical current that runs inside the car including the engine and transmission. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Got good fuel pressure car will start with starting fluid dies when its gone and have good spark acts like the injectors arent pulsing

If the problem is the fuel injectors, the computer won't ground the fuel injectors unless it sees an rpm signal? The voltage for fuel injector usually goes hot with the key on. The rpm signal comes from crank sensor and the ignition module may be involved. I haven't looked at your wiring diagrams, yet.
Can you check for applicable trouble codes? If your fully obd1 compliant, you should be able to check some codes, yourself.
Also, your antitheft where applicable could cause a problem?

I had the same problem also on my 1994 previa supercharge

u mean is knocking noise?
i think it came from the shaft in front of engine that drives the accesories pully in front. when the a/c is running or the rpm rise up a bit, the noise is gone. try go under the vehicle and spot where the noise come from. as i know is come from the shaft in front of the engine. the coupling need to be replace.

1994 toyota 22re 4x4 pickup fuel injector wiring diagram

the color of the plastic plug does not matter... You will have two injector plugs with white/red and yellow wires - those two go to cyl#'s 1 and 3.
the other two plugs will have white and blur wires.. those two plugs go to injectors # 2 and 4.
