This can actually be several things but most common is the coolant temp sensor, it tells the computer how much fuel to give the engine depending on temp, if the sensor goes bad then it may be giving engine too much fuel when it's warm, which may be why it starts fine cold cause it needs more fuel to start cold, try holding the gas pedal to the floor when u start it warm, if it does start and run rough for a few seconds it's cause it was flooded due to excessive fuel.. Get scanned for any trouble codes..
