Car starts fine but the rpms fluctuate like the timing is changing will drive fine till it gets to operating tempature then it sounds like a diesel and will die when come to stop and when try to restart it is hard to get started and i get alot of black smoke from exhaust. I changed spark plugs and all 6 coil packs and that didnt fix the problem.

The injector could definitely trigger a misfire code, but you also mentioned that you had a mass airflow sensor code , that code code be responsible for te sluggish moment of the vehicle and rpm going up and down. However if you have a misfire onCyl#6 and the coil and the plug is good the ONLY other thing to cause a mis-fire would be the injector. To check the injector get a NOID light, you can get one at almost any auto-parts place. To use unplug injector plug from the bad injector and connect it to NOID light the light should have a steady PULSE/ligt flickering. If light flickers fine then injector is bad and will need to be replaced. If light doesn't flicker or flickers intermittently then you may have a bad wiring to that injector. Check if wiring is good, then you may have a bad cam sensor or sensor gear. Good Luck and contact if you need more help. Thanks for using FIX YA
SOURCE: oily spark plug, changed plugs now car smokes
You changed 6 coils, but you didn't change spark plugs? The new coils give strong spark to burn off resisdues from your old plugs plus what ever left inside the combustion due to bad old coils causing smoke and bad ordor. Change all new spark plugs so you can have good ignition to burn off all junks inside combustion chambers. Smokes are at the beginning, but it will go away after less than 10 minutes.
If it is not going away you may have other problemS:
Rich mixture causing engine check light come on.
Check if engine oil level.
Check if your coolant level.
Open the oil cap to see if you have milky stuff. If there is milky stuff then you have bad head gasket.
Let me know what is coming out so others can learn from your experience. Good luck.

the first thing that i recommend doing is replacing the fuel filter that is a very common symptom of a clogged fuel filter. the second thing if the fuel filter replacement has no effect is replacing the fuel pump. but it is definitely a fuel issue. for any info. on replacing either part just comment back. good luck.

If there is power to the new coil, the spark plug is new also, and no fire to the spark plug: Or you do not put correctly the spark plug inside the coil, or the coil is interrupted, or the spark plug is defective, or you do not put correct the spark plug on the earth when testing.
1. Put another spark plug in contact with the no.# 6 ignition coil, and see if there is fire to the spark plug.
2. If no luck, swap the no.# 6 ignition coil with another one coil, and see if there is fire to the spark plug.
Test the spark plug fire with spark plug removed! If there is no fire to the spark plug with all pieces in place, and engine misfires when running, adjust correctly the inlet & exhaust valves clearance.
Engine must be cold when adjusting valves clearance!
Inlet valve clearance = 0,26 ... 0,34 mm.
Exhaust valve clearance = 0,29 ... 0,37 mm.
