Ok, my 2000 acura 3.2 tl egine light blinks and the tcs light stays on, also the engine has a slight shake at idle. Took to autozone to get the codes came back as all 6 cylinders misfire, multiple misfire, random misfire. So I figured it was ingnition coils repalced all 6 and spark plugs does the same thing what is the pronlem?

the TCS light will come on any time the check engine light comes on. Pull codes from the engines computer to see why the check engine light is on. Post the codes in the comments below and I'll do my best to assist you further.

If it happened right after the oil change, I would take it back there first.
Even if they can't fix it, they need to know about it if you have it fixed somewhere else. They might be on the hook for the repairs.
They could have left something unplugged which would turn on the check engine light. The traction control is affected by the engine performance.

Check and test injection system. 300 is misfirn random and 306 mifrie cyl #6

You've got trouble codes stored by they're most likely enhanced codes that your code reader can't read. Inexpensive code readers and only read generic trouble codes. Codes above P0800 are "enhanced" code that require a more professional scan tool to access.

this ussually happens if there is a transmission fault yes they are related dosent mean any major problem though could just be a sensor

these lights are not like a check engine light that stays on with a memory code. the only way to turn these lights off is to fix the problem.

I will add that when this light is on it means the trans has a fault/problem, no matter the fault code number of which there are about a dozen

Use an OBDII scanner, some auto parts stores will do this for you free of charge.
Codes P0300 through P0306 indicate mis-fire and you may also get codes reflecting Cat damage from running that way.
I know of one TL from this series (2000 3.2 TL) which had a warranty REPLACEMENT OF TRANSMISSION!!! free of charge and this very problem was solved. I still do not know why they were related. Talk to Acura customer relations about this.
