My question is--- What Product that comes in a 16 oz
container & then diluted in 16 to 18 gallons of fuel,
would do much of anything?

So my answer is,there is nothing wrong with those
products & they won't hurt anything,but they won't do
anything either

So the answer is-- to properly diagnose the vehicles problems & try & return it, as close to new as built condition, as possible

You may have a Flat Spot in the TPS Sensor (throttle position sensor)
located on the throttle body. But that has to be tested

Also replacing the Oxygen Sensors closest to the engine,
every 80 to 100,000 miles, will give you better throttle response

2002honda Accord 4cyl.auto. has hesitation after making turn and accelerating. When you apply throttle a brief flat spot then surges forward.seems to run ok.

This is a loss of fuel pressure and it could be either the fuel pump in the gas tank or the throttle sensor in the engine.

My 98 Saturn 1.9 litre has a flat spot in it's acceleration. Taking off you have to pay the gas to keep it from stalling. Other than that runs great

check the TPS sensor with a volt meter to check for drop outs as you manually move the throttle. this is like a rheostat dimmer like you might have in a house to dim the lights. the ribbon wears out and can cause a flat spot.

My red 202 has a flat spot when I have 1/4 throttle on, now she died completely on me seems to be a fuel issue, yet the wiring I her is absolutely terrible, could this be a cause of my issues aswell?

Flat spots come from fuel /air ratio problems and the Stromberg carby on the 2002 has a plunger accelerator pump that has a setting so that a steady stream of fuel is injected into the throat of the carby when accelerating. Check that the plunger is working all the way down and that the 2 ball valves in the pump are working and not held open with rubbish. Look down the throat and press down on the accelerator lever and you should see a steady squirt for the full throttle movement

My 93 mazda protege dx seems to be getting too much fuel. when it warms up and give it too much throttle it will stall. it does not burn oil, and there is no blown head gasket but when i start it first...

blue smoke is a sure sign of oil bleeding down from your valve seats (little rubber umbrellas inside the head on each valve) into or on top of the pistons after sitting over night..in most cases a good mechanic can do that repair with the cylinder head still on the car...the stalling is usually open close sensor ..TPS (throttle position sensor ) or spark plugs..both inexpensive easy fixes..GOD BLESS

How do you set up the idle on a '93 Mazda Protege? It was easy to do on the old carburater cars.

Idles are preset ,and not adjustable on fuel injection, but look where the throttle cable attaches to the throttle, and where the throttle sets, there might be a screw with a lock nut,and will allow some setting, but not much, cause the throttle position sensor does this threw the computer. The throttle position sensor is on the throttle,on the opposite side of where the throttle cables attach. If this was helpful, then please rate, thank you.
