SOURCE: NOT GETTING ANY GAS TO ENGINE
It's either the fuel pump or your engine control unit. Try hot wiring the pump and see if it works. If it does you need a new brain.

1s the fuel pump should not be that noisy, and the problem u are describing is a defective/worn out fuel pump, it is taking time to built pressure, replace the fuel pump and don't forget to replace the in line fuel filter as well.
