Question about 1993 Chevrolet Corvette
The factory cd player accepts the cd but doesn't play the music. It does make slight electronic sounds as though it is trying to read it. I did try a CD cleaner disc (with the 2 little brushes) but didn't help. I recenty bought the car so I really don't have any history on the CD player to go by. I am not going to install a non factory one as the car is totaly stock out of the factory and I want to keep it that way. Not a big issue but it would be cool if I could get it to read the disk. Tried 3 different disks.
May want to try to find a used one from salvage yard or area stereo shops.

Well if the unit came with car over 10 years old, u can't clean it might have to just replace. buying a new one will cost as much as trying to fix that one.
